High scoring PG. We are really going after a bunch of scoring PGs for 2020 I think. I thin kthey want Cryer and 1 of the 2 Louisiana studs (Reece Beekman or Jalen Cook).

Cryer is averaging like 28 points a game right now in high school and is like 40% from 3.

Beekman is averaging 22 points, 10 boards and 10 assists a game.

Cook, Beekman and Cryer are all in that 6'0-6'2 range around 170-180.

Sounds great, this season is just soooo fun so far. Also seeing multiple crystal balls coming in for Micah Peavy. 6”5 PF ?

I think in 2020 we will land Micha Peavy, LJ Cryer, and N’Faley Dante if he stays in 2020 class.

I am pretty sure LSU is real high on Jalen Cook (think they prefer him over Beekman, if they had to choose)

Has anyone heard if Cook is going to play basketball or football?

Not sure ..but there are some rumors floating around that he may go to montverde, which if true means he would be choosing basketball

He was listed as a SF before so he’s probably a combo forward

He’s still listed as a small forward so I’m not sure where you got that from

It's a tight race between those 2, both have really lit it up this year. Beekman will probably win Gatorade basketball player of the year in Louisiana. His stats are crazy, it's like Scotlandville never really lost JaVonte Smart, just replaced him.

Watching his video, he looks like strictly a small forward

*was actually listed as a SG on the video

We lead for both at the moment, anythign can happen, also no telling when Dante will decide between 2019 or 2020 right now, I would think by now he would know if he's 2019 but no announcement made. Might be waiting to see where he's at end of semester or some feedback.

He’s a big time scorer, good finisher for a pg. He could easily project as a sg too...a lot of points coming from 3 pt shooting. He’s been the best player on his team since Freshmen year and has already obliterated the school scoring record.

I believe he has ties to Louisiana. I’ve seen him sporting LSU and Grambling gear before games.

I know somebody who plays for Central High School and he told me he guarded both beekman and cook and he said that cook is a better scorer but beekman is more of a distributor! he said he would take cook over beekman! i hope we get both
