Perfect size for a CB, sure he can add 10-15 lbs but there are not many HS CB's w/ a better build

IMO there is no perfect size for a potential great NFL CB. I think Revis and PP21 are perfect examples of that.

but Tolliver, while insanely talented, is young and does not have an NFL body
He's shredded up, but isnt carrying a lot of weight yet. Prob 165-170
