Saw on dandy don.. the savage is ready! Our safety depth is really deep, but he will find a spot on the field come time, he’s a playmaker. Makes me wonder why he didn’t sign 2 weeks ago, Was he really that unsure or just wanted to reaffirm with a visit? Regardless, he’s seems fully committed

He wanted his big moment to troll bama on national tv. Can't be mad at the kid for that. Not to mention he's coming next weekend to help recruit the underclassmen recruits who will be on campus. LSU needs more guys like that on both counts

Delpit is starting. Monroe or Stevens SHOULD start alongside, battle returning messed that up bc I think he’ll get the nod being a vet

Paris could be back too. I'm sure he's eligible for a medical red shirt.

Don’t forget about former UA All-American Todd Harris. DBU is DBU in terms of depth right now.

True, O praised Todd so much at the beginning. One if the reasons Stevens made a short change to receiver. Aranda will find a way to get these guys involved

Joseph has played safety and CB but projects as a safety. Depending on how we finish we are lighter at CB so I wouldn't leave out the possibility that Joseph gets some time at CB as a frosh.

This would also give the staff a little more wiggle room if they are leaning more towards taking Foster over Goodrich. I don't think it's likely, but it is a possible scenario.

I could see Harris and Joseph playing some nickle and dime CBs. We play a majority 5 DBs at a time. There has been some talk of Harris at CB as well as Joseph, so I could see them playing more in coverage/passing downs early.

WIth the departure of Donte and KT2, that’s two spots that opened up. You have to remember Fulton had a rough patch and is back, he was a highly sought after CB.

Kary vincent played extremely well before toliver worked his way back. Plus, you still have guys like the returning vet battle, Monroe, Stevens, Harris, the #1 true corner surtain, maybe Goodrich, etc. I’m not ruling out kelvin starts/plays his freshman year, but he will have to beat out elite competition. But, that’s a good thing, we will have studs playing in our secondary.

A couple of the SAFs will be playing a hybrid SAF/LB spot, nickel & time LB / in the box SAFs....

Look at the big ones to do this, Kelvin Joseph included.
