If our oline isn't any better next year I don't care what talent we have a QB/WR/RB... we're gonna suck again.

Well we just lost a freshman who was going to play and would have most probably gotten PT with the amount of offensive weapons we lost. I'm starting to think next year is going to be rough. I just hope that and the firing of Miles after the Arky game doesn't hurt our next class that bad.

the qb play

See my sig quote. Perrilloux started all this when he acted like an idiot.

Now the team is stuck with playing an Ivy League transfer, a RS Freshm, then a true freshman. Shitty year. naturally.

Now you're stuck with the true soph. You honestly can't expect a NC run. Not with that type of QB play.

Now, the rest of the aspects of the game, yeah, I agree. Seems like people are getting lazy and it's showing on the field.

One more year. IMO, that's all he's got left.

Yeah, dude probably would have looked like the towel boy from Michigan going over the middle.

it's just really showing like an ugly scab that you don't to pick at.

i hate to make comparisons, but you compare this team's demeanor to other teams (ahem, you know which one), and it's such a huge disparity.

Next year is so rough, if we lose early and the team shuts it down like 2 years ago, were going to be in a LOT of trouble.

There were many of times where JJ had all the time in the world and just fricked it up.

i completely agree

even with these numerous examples, the OL was still much worse than JJ last year

but again, when you have a mediocre QB, you're going to have a mediocre ballclub.

and when your OL is worse than your QB?

you can win with mediocre

I don't get all the hate for JJ. He had big improvement this year. If he improves that much to next year we will have a great QB for the next two years. If not, we have Garrett in the wings. I think JJ will come out and surprise some people next year. As long as short side options arent called.

when JJ set his feet at the end of a 3/5/7 step drop and threw he had very good accuracy. problem was he rarely did that. his 16 step drops didn't help the tackles and the interior line being 5 yards deep at the snap of the ball didn't help JJ.
