Just watched Joey Burrows highlights...

All I see is him throwing the ball up and short on deep balls. Looks OK on all else. I’d rather ride a youngster this year with the chance of getting Gunnell next year.

If we actually have to "ride" one of sophomore QB's until Gunnell next year, we have bigger issues than you think. That would mean neither Brennan or Narcisse are SEC quality QB's which means LSU coaches don't know what they are looking for.

Yet your sure Burrows is? Answer is NO
Just fricking relax...we have talent at QB The real problem is that we should have a redshirt junior waiting to go, but Miles missed on a top recruit for years..

well now you have your chance. Joe Burrow has 2 years elig. left. He graduated OSU in three years. He is smart.

osu fan here who has watched him since he came. He should have started over JT Barrett but Urban had a fixation on Barrett and now Haskins. He wasn't Mr Ohio football for nothing threw for over 11000 yds and is a coaches son.

His name is Justin McMillan and he's going to be the starting QB.

bullshite. I think Burrow will be good, but you couldn't unseat Barrett for a stupid reason like you had. Barrett had over 3800 yards and 47 TDs last year. Won the Big 10 and the Big 6 bowl game.
He has a "fixation" on Haskins, because Haskins is good. Smart, really accurate, quick release, reads defenses well, and mobile.
Don't understand you talking down other guys to prop up Burrow. Now I do think you are a relative or at least a close friend.

Haskins is really good and may have won the starting job anyway, but Burrows injured his throwing hand in the offseason last year and was out for almost 6 weeks. That's what allowed Haskins to easily win the job.
