If you are his relative and friend he had two good options.

LSU and Clemson.

Both can give him the exposure, stability, coaching and everything and anything he needs in college and to be first round pick.

USC simply can’t. Look at hot seats for coaching next year, Boom is on it, many expected him to be fired this year. Get him to watch the USC Georgia game again with his high school coach and ask him about all the bonehead moves on both sides. The only reason Boom survived is the new capital campaign. Now look at USC schedule and find me the 7 or 8 wins Will needs to keep his job.

Also, being big fish in little pond is cool but how does Jordan do with being double teamed every single game of the year often with a chip from the back too. Can he handle the two dozen or more chop blocks he is going to get? How good are his knees really because high low is comin every game at USC. They are going to design defenses to take him out of the game and maybe football period.

He will not face this at LSU because they can’t focus on one man. He is more likely to play with boom at LSU for years than at USC when he reunites with pellini after USC fires him. If they pulled the trigger this year he would have already been in Baton Rouge as DC. Boom is a great coach just not a great HC. Like it or not 90% chance this is his last year at USC. Which means starting over from scratch. They will probably go with an offensive minded coach this time. Meanwhile Bebe and Dabo will at least be his coach for his whole career in college.

If USC was really a good move he would have made it already

You’re the selfish idiot. Did you criticize Landon Collin’s mom for trying to get him to LSU? A 17 or 18 year old usually needs guidance with decisions like this.

Am I? Where did I ever say that my opinion is based solely on him coming to LSU. I clearly stated that a kid should be allowed to make his own decision and go where he wants to set forth on his own path and not the path that his mother wants him to take because she doesn't want him to leave the nest. Honestly, he should go to Clemson because it's in his backyard and is a much superior school than SC or LSU is.

This might be the greatest troll in TD Recruiting Board history of not all of TD history.

So did Fournette. And this was after the real 7 jersey tradition was in effect.
