110%-ers only hold their commitment 57% of the time. They’re 3/4 more likely to decommit than 1000%-ers
110% committed isn’t as safe as kids that are 100%.
110%-ers are also more likely to decommit than “dream school” kids.
Typically, 1 recruit of a “package deal” signs. That’s a 50% loss/gain. Depending on which way you look at it.
“Blessed to receive an offer” signs 62% of the time. But only 10% of those who are “100% committed but gonna take other visits.”
“Respek my decision” keep their decommitments 71% of the time and recommit 29% of the time.

Good. We want a clean program. No 4 stars. No 5 stars. I want the 1.5 star who makes his bed every morning and stays in the gym longer than the janitor.
