Based on film, I agree. Arm is average, at best. Would make a good mid major QB

Which is why he's a perfect fit for where he's going.

Probably his best bet for playing time. He's got some good FCS offers too though.

I am sure they did Mr. Scott.

Dak Prescott - 6'2" - 230
Lindsey Scott - 5'11" - 180

I hope he is a great player, but comparing him to Dak might be a little premature.

He's closer to 200. He's won 5A state mvp so you can't deny he's successful, but like dak coaches have questions as to if he will be good enough.

Listen - I hope he is, but I don't think they are the same player/skill set. I hope both of you prove me wrong. Geaux Tigers!!!

I'm not saying he has any skill set like dak. I'm just saying he is underrated and will be passed on by us like dak. I'm not arguing anything, I always liked him but knew he wouldn't get offered.

I don't see it either. I have seen Jimmy hit on these predictions in the past though.

Both you and the other guy don't know a damn thing about QBs. Anybody spouting arm strength means much at the top level just needs to quit. JT Barrett lit it up last year and his arm strength is average at best. Dak Prescott has average arm strength as well. Aaron Murray had average arm strength as well as AJ McCarron. I mean look at Tim Tebow? Chris Leak?

All of those QBs broke records at their schools.

A few things I noticed from the video...

-Still pretty short
-arm and mechanics are meh
-Zachary runs a more diverse offense than LSU

We see it a little differently Senior film
LINK

- other than the height
- Mechanically - Very quick compact release.
- Strenght - he flicks the ball 50+ yards both Jr. & Sr. Film
- kid weighs 200+ lbs (durable)
- oh yeh - 33-5 as a starting QB @ HS that wasn't winning Shite before he got there
- leads the state in total Yds for 2nd straight year.
- A&M, Oregon, Florida have guys with similar measurable
- at 205 kid Russell Wilson's size now. May be 1/4 inch taller than RW who measured 5'10" 5/8 at NFL Combine

If you simply like a taller guy, I get it. But his ability to play the position at a high level? Resume speaks for itself.

So now we're back to this level of QB without ever getting a chance to go in the direction the coaches were trying to go with bigger D-linemen, higher rated QBs, and better o-linemen.

Unless we're running the triple option, this just won't work. Besides, don't we already have a small QB on the depth chart?

Do the Seattle Seahawks run the triple option?

Texas A&M (Kylar Murray, 5'10), Florida (Treveon Harris 5'11). Just wondering weather DEG actually watches football.

Would have excellent bloodlines. Dad had a somewhat dissapointing carrer with the Saints after being an early first round draft pick. But he did have a great college career at Georgia. Do we have the inside track on him over Georgia?
