lmao

I don't get why this thread is blasting Jimmy. Of every inside this past year he has been the best for recruiting information. Bringing up the Texas and LF shite is stupid because he was only reporting what he was hearing. He didn't say it was fact and he even clearly said when he talked about that he doesn't believe it. I remember when Noil early in the process everyone thought he was coming here and Jimmy kept saying he thought he's seriously looking out of the state. People twist his words too much. He has outworked pretty much any other "LSU insider" this past year. That's not up for debate.

Right on deuce. Just remember unless they're an EE, it's not official till the loi is signed. Not being a pessimist, just not very trusting of anybody's info these days.

Probably so, but that's not saying much this year. I still can't get over the Fournette and Saban to UT. Other than that, Jimmy was pretty much spot on the day of the UA game.

I don't think any LSU insider had a great year

From the parents of recruits I've talked to, him and Clean are their most trusted, and his relationships with Frank, Cory and Brick are pretty tight.
Of course, if you'd rather listen to guys that tell Frank OBJ would never be an SEC Wideout, there's always that option...if you don't mind paying for such insight.

I've got about as much confidence in Jimmy's opinions right now as I have on dukkev's football predictions on the Rant.

Good for you. I didn't say the guy was right on everything. I specified that he seemed to be the first to hint at Valentine being a strong possibility early on and he stuck with it. So far what he hinted would happen with regards to Valentine has.

Valentine come on down! Good to read.

Now I don't know much about the other guy but he was good enough to earn an offer from Bama at one point so here is to hoping he is a legit get!

From all the info I have gathered, expect him to be in the LSU class if everything works out as planned.

Just wait until NSD because his last info wasn't too good. 5/5????

Dwight is good player. Good size and speed and good motor for a guy his size. He really pursues the ball carrier and plays with good leverage. Not a "wow" guy on film but a really solid player that does his job every play. I hope we can hang onto him, would be a nice flip for y'all
