I don't think it's a big deal. It's his word against her word, no proof from what I can gather. Odds are she gave consent, even if it doesn't mean shite from a legal stand point. Because if you were to change to say 19 and 15, then you would still have people complain. Take the law away, then you have no rules and subjective standards. SLIPPERY MOTHER frickING SLOPE.

No not in this case. In this case it is what occurred against the statute. The statute states if there was contact between persons of this age it is statutorily against the law. It doesn't matter if he believed she is 18. It is a crime in the State of Louisiana.

It was a terrible decision, no doubt. Now, those who say she could be lying. True. But he alledgedly had a buddy with him getting action too. There's too many eyes there.

If he did force her then he should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If it's just a senior getting head from a freshman, I don't see the big deal. The people saying, "SHE'S ONLY 14," are killing me. If you don't want freshmen to hook up with seniors, don't send them to the same school.

They really shouldn't put them in the same school together then. Also, I'm not convinced it was rape or forced based off this report.

Uh yeah
She was fricking 14. 14 year old girls don't have the most confident of minds. They can be taken advantage of quite easily, especially when it comes to an older football star at their school.

I just talked to my sister (RHS senior)..She said that the girl was a freshman and very attention seeking..She was bragging about what she done, but her parents found out and she changed the story that she was forced to do it.
Hill was arrested and he is expelled (like he was paying tuition anyway) , and the girl changed schools...
