if he really doesn't have interest in UTenn, we're still weakened in our battle against Bama
TN and Bama hate each other with a passion, he would probably rather JJ be at LSU if he as at TN

Look... Congrats to his dad, he got a great job and a step up in the ranks with a better program.
His son made up his mind before he was hired. If my son thought that was the best fit for him I wouldn't want him to change his commitment based on my job.
Having to fight the "playing favorites" problems of coaching your son would force JJ into an awkward situation.
And the end of the day he has the descision to make of "Do I want to play for my father, or do I want to play for the team that I chose based on all available options before my dad was hired."
Either way I wish him luck he will be a great player.

As a mcneese student, I have to say that our football team would have won a couple more games this year had it not been for LSU like defenses we put on the field. Our offense was ranked in the top 5 and our defense was shite, ESPECIALLY the secondary.

are you people sure someone didn't just call Jordy, say that, and jordy agreed because he's a clueless dipshit?

Would Janzen's dad be a sought after DB coach, regardless of Janzen being his son?
I'm sure he's a good coach, but considering he was coaching HS ball a year ago, I'm going to say "ABSOLUTELY NOT"

McNeese's defense consisted of 4 D-Linemen, 2 LB's, and one HUGE fricking hole.

That's what I'm thinking. I think he just read something along the lines of Guidry and Tennessee and went ahead and assumed. I don't believe this just yet. Haven't read anything official or unofficial on the McNeese side either.

I said defenses as in all the games they played this year. To me, this is a blatant try to get a player through hiring the father. It may not be illegal and it may not be true just yet but I believe it borders on unethical. If this does go down I believe the NCAA must act upon the situation and make a new rule regarding this.

Word is that LSU is bringing Andre Dubose's Grandmother aboard to be assistant to the Golden Girls.

He he is hired I don't see his son going UNLESS he gets a multi year contract. Because if you think about it, they could hire him on a one year deal, get his son to commit and then let his dad go next year while his son is stuck there. I really hope it doesn't get to that.
