I say to leave him alone. He made his decision and he will have to reap the consequences. You need people of integrity on a team, not someone you can't trust. Let this play out and we may find that it was really a waste of time to entertain him.
As for his Dad and others influencing the decision--dear old Dad is gambling with his son's future as well as his own. What happens when life pulls the rug out from under his/their feet?

We've had our share of partiers(is that a word?)over the years, i.e Billy Cannon from Baton Rouge Istrouma, Arthur Cantrelle(maybe the baddest dude EVER to wear the purple and gold) came from 'down de bayou' at South Lafourche in Galliano, Eric Hill from Galveston, Ball High School, once through a guy through a plate glass window @ the old Bengel Lounge on Highland Road, etc......... partiers we can handle; guys not keeping their word after 365+ days of giving it, we can't handle!

If/when we play Tennessee, and if we were winning 100 to 0 I would keep the first string in and try to score another 100 after the bullshite that Janzen did. No way you lie up to and after signing day. Both Janzen and Bell are 2 faced liars and I would go after both of them when we play Bama and Tennessee. You cant blame Orgeron or Kiffen------they allowed it to happen, but the blame is squarely on Janzen to lie that way!
