I would think it's safe to assume it's Alabama

Why? He's from Georgia and Georgia is apparently going for him now as well.

Don’t know where you are getting this because he said if Georgia offers they aren’t top 3

Interesting.

My buddy from Dalton is obsessed with Dalton football and UGA recruiting and just told me that UGA has offered and wants him now. I didn't see that quote from him, just figured that would be an easy top 3 assumption.

I was surprised to see his PR in the 100m as 11.6. For reference, Clyde ran 11.4 in HS. Football speed is different, but not different enough to expect for this dude to be pulling away from SEC defenders down the field. Either that or he starts his 100m with the same jog he uses to set up defenders

He might just not have a good track coach and doesn't know how to get out of the blocks, build up his stride, etc.

shite makes a big difference. He clearly has game speed, that extra gear on his film doesn't lie.

Maybe, and if he runs again this spring maybe he knocks some tenths off that. I think his ability to change speeds and accelerate through creases makes him look and play fast, which matters more than having track-verified long speed. But against variable HS competition, the numbers help to give some objective framework.

I’m just genuinely surprised at that number. His 200 doesn’t seem as bad at 22.84, but I’m not as familiar with benchmarks for that race. Maybe it is just his starting technique.

He looks good, but I think Evans is on a whole different level.

Evans is a suspension walking. I trust the coaches on this, but Evans is big Risk/Reward. Talent is without question

You might be right, but I think our coaching staff and program are strong enough to keep him in line from an attitude perspective.

He did but it’s all about Evans right now. I think it’s Ohio St. for Gibbs.

honestly this is my favorite RB this cycle, strictly based off of hs film. I hope we give him a committable offer.
