Ben Bachmann and Jimmy Smith both picked LSU on Rivals the past couple days. That would be great news.
Our win against A&M was huge to me, and the biggest reason why was that it shows players that you'll never fulfill anything big at A&M, but could at LSU.

Some kids just want to leave the state. I think Matthews and Preston are two of those and possibly Wiggins as well although I hope not. Honestly the biggest priorities for LSU to hit on is Walker Howard, Will Campbell, Emery Jones, Quency Wiggins and a top corner.

Good take. If I’m Brian Kelly I’d tell any kid considering A&M that they really don’t want to go there unless they want to be 8-4 every year

Hank Tierney was on the Trahan and Daniels radio show this morning. He said that matthews was a probable to LSU with Orgeron as coach but the change made things uncertain. He said that Matthews was a local guy and did not necessarily want to leave. He has not had the chance to meet Kelly yet but will do so in the near future. The prospect did not sound that bleak.

I’m so tired of hearing this excuse. Why decommit if you want O as coach? Anderson from Karr said the same nonsense. Complete fabrication by these people.

Kelly hasn’t won over any Louisiana kids by not being at any games the last two nights while Ed Orgeron, currently unemployed, has been at playoff games both nights.

Yeah. I'm pretty fired up for Kelly at LSU, but have to admit I'm pretty disappointed he didn't seem to get to any games this weekend.
Someone said he might not be "cleared" to recruit yet, but I have no idea what that process is and it seems like someone just making an excuse.
