When a prospect is on an official or unofficial visit to a school in a game situation he cannot have direct contact with members of the staff of opposing school. Therefore, all visitors to LSU for the LSU v. Bama game can only have face to face contact with LSU staff.

Sopsher will be on an unofficial visit to LSU for the game, as he was on his visit to Bama for the Missouri game.

And you can bet the recruiting staff will watch him like a hawk.

It doesn’t matter how good of a recruiter you are if the kid wants to go to another school there going to go to another school that’s it. If we miss out on this kid you cannot put this one on O, because his actions are showing everybody he wants to be at Bama

I want to preface this by saying I really like O as our coach, I think he could go down as the best recruiter(specifically DLine) in cfb history and getting this kid or not will not change my opinion of him enough either way, but that statement is a little soft. Of Course not getting him would fall on O. Using your logic losing any recruit can't be blamed on the loser but only recognized as a success for the winner. No man, if we get him it is thanks to O. If we don't it too is his fault. We aren't going to get everyone.

Sopsher is 100% Bama it is a done deal. When LSU has the common sense to back off and move on then he will possibly announce earlier than NSD as he will have no reason to drag it out and play the game any longer.

Then he’ll say that LSU lost out because they didn’t “communicate” with him as much as Bama did... or some bullshite like that.

His name needs to stop being brought up on this board. That’s SEC Recruiting board chatter IMO.

If it's a business decision, and you get outbid then it is what it is.
