Only visit he's had is to Tennessee. Seems like a foregone conclusion.

Well, WV kid commits to Tenn, but didn't sign when he had a chance in Dec.

I wouldn't say it's a definite, but unless someone has knowledge of LSU making a push I don't have any confidence that we have a shot either.

If only we had a poster on here with that has insider knowledge who the RB frequently asks these questions. I'm not asking, but I AM asking.

Any reason why he didn’t sign? Or is he going to be one of the ESPN kids?

If he had visited LSU at any point I'd say hell yeah we have a shot.

Hard to think we're even on the radar if we don't get the guy on campus.

As much flack as he gets Deculus is doing pretty well; needs to get better. Charles is still good and learning, needs to get his body control improved and stronger

I think Charles has some positives and could possibly make a decent tackle but I'm curious what makes you think that Deculus should play anywhere but guard? Maybe another year is what he needs. I admit that I've been critical of both but I feel better about Charles.

Good points. I remain hopeful on these guys, too. We need somebody to come thru and be a dominant left tackle. Hoping it is Rosenthal, maybe Wire, next year. That would allow Deculus to play inside which feels like a better fit for him. Keeping OT and pass rusher at top of my list to finish this recruiting class. Easier said than done but Geaux get someone like Wright.

That's 15 out of 20 or 21 drafts. While I agree we need to do better - we should consistently have an OL going in most, if not every, drafts. But to suggest we don't develop OL is just utter, negatiger, defeatish bull shite.

That or Gump imposter on the shadow pay roll:). The sub humans are crimson leaches. A disease that needs to be eliminated.

Wire and Rosenthal developing into stud OTs would do so much for our program. A great recruiting story to tell for the high 4 star or 5 star who we sign to turn the corner in tackle recruiting:).

Joe Barksdale, La'el Collins, Dillon Gordon, Jerald Hawkins, Ethan Pocic, Will Clapp, Trai Turner, and Andrew Whitworth, say hello

You just named 8 O lineman over a 13 yr period lol. Not exactly helping your argument. One was a tight end at LSU and developed in the league into what he is now. A few of those guys got much better when they got to the league as well. Not further developed by LSU coaches. OL has been a problem in big games. No denying that
