Because we definitely are open to taking Rodney, hence the offer. But (assuming that was a typo), there is ZERO chance they pull a bait and switch on us. It can happen with verbal commitments, but it just does not happen with LOIs.

I do not think we will burn a scholly on rodney and then lose Ish. I think we might hold 2 schollies open only to watch that ship sail on signing day. Like we did with 1 scholly last year.
