Nope and considering the schools involved we never really had a chance. We will not(not that we can't) match those bags. Might as well get used to it. We have to hit on our bags. The UGAs, OSUs and Bamas of the world just stack 5* on top of 5* and let the wash take care of the guys that can't or won't compete. They'll just replace them with another stack in next year's class

If you can’t match their bags then you have to supplement the roster in the portal and developing guys. They’ll have to cull their rosters and they’ll have natural attrition.

So I guess our signing class and Anderson+Harris don't count huh?

Just so y'all understand, we can match the NIL money and have in many cases. What we aren't going to do is allow a 17 year old to agree to go back and forth demanding higher amounts over and over again and going against his word. There is a difference between having the money and having the willingness to put up with the games some of these kids and their parents/handlers want to play.

Maybe I'm just old now. But, I'd much prefer that our NIL program work with kids to maximize their worth rather than chasing bigger and bigger signing day bonuses just because they threaten to go somewhere else.

Go give that extra money to guys already on the roster that's proven their worth.

If Hall is not a lock for Georgia yet LSU should make a play for him, he's a beast!
