Yep. Only so many teams can make the playoff each year and boosters aren't going to keep opening their wallets (in insane amounts) when they don't see the results coming on the field. In a couple of years, you'll start to see less transfers as well. It will still be a lot more than it used to be, but not nearly as much as the past couple of years.
