I’m so torn on next year…..

Honestly feel the portal has not been good to us(I know the exceptions). I know you have to go but I want to see some young guys come up next couple years. Can BK use the portal but take some shots on some local guys that may not be on the radar right now and develop them.
I feel like we just chasing right now and can’t put it together. But how much time to give BK.

He’s already said the first couple years he used the portal as a necessity. At this point it’s just cherry picking the portal for the best of the best. Besides DL, if Wingo and Smith both go pro we’ll need to go to portal for them.

The portal is only going to be used for guys that will 100% make us better from here on out. It will be quality over quantity.

Unfortunately he’ll need to use the portal completely again on the secondary.

He won the West his very first year. In his second year he probably produced a Heisman for only the third time in program history. Two 10 win seasons are possible. This is all in the first two years, which are the rebuilding years! The combined record of the teams we lost to this year is 30-3!

This is such a good point. We’ve come a long way since 6-6 and will only continue to build with Bryce. Thinking we go 10 wins for the next 2 years and then pop in 26

Honestly don’t know why I put that about how much time. I think he has 6 years no matter what, so 4 more from now. If you ask me right now I think we lose 5 games next year. And I think that’s generous. And I’m fine with whatever happens. But if we are that bad I want to see progress through the season. I think it just bums everyone out seeing a half good team knowing where it should be.

Next season will take of itself. The portal will be used, it's there and open for business. Enjoy each moment because that's what life is. Moments strung together. A lot will happen personal and player wise so enjoy the show.
