If I were on the cusp of breaking into a starting role or I getting significant back up duty or even a true RS freshmen playing for a school I love, stay put. Just my thinking. Is putting in more work in the off season or adding a new turbo/ super charger to my arsenal. If I am boarder line I stay. Especially if I’m a RSF. The portal is a worm hole.

You never know if you will come out once you enter. Some times you end up in a place that won’t help you grow or even show case your talent.

Jeez some kids don’t see the forest for the trees. Some are just one injury from starting or one personal improvement in there game to being a starter.

I think what you're seeing is that LSU under Kelly is going after a certain type of player. Some of these guys entering are being told to look around.

I can’t believe the price of tuna is like $4.28 per can right now. Unreal

I’d agree. I think people need to stop the panic. Kelly knows what he’s doing and will build a very strong roster.

There are bigger problems in the world right now for sure.

Damn, under counter electric can openers are $200. You won't be able to open that tuna can without the manual one.

Maybe but I sure thought RS freshmen (corners especially) weren’t that bad.

Eh you never know why kids are leaving. Maybe they're homesick and hate Baton Rouge, it could have zero to do with football.

Actually I’m retired. Today I’m not hunting or working in my shop that reconditions firearms that have been neglected. I actually put two shots of Bailey’s in my Community Coffee this morning.

Agree. Many of these players will go nowhere.

With over 1,000 players in the Portal if schools took 10 players each from the Portal it would take 100 teams to give every kid in the Portal a scholarship. It’s ridiculous and that number in the Portal will grow.

Is it really? Even a brand like starkist?

I find that hard to believe.

I heard the price of tuna is not rising because of inflation. I heard prices are increasing because it's dangerous work, and it's hard to find qualified people to hire.

Let's say you're fishing for tuna, and you fall into the ocean. A full grown 800 pound tuna with his 20 or 30 friends can kill you. You lose that battle, you lose that battle 9 times out of 10.

And guess what, they now have a taste of fishermen. They've communicated and said 'You know what, fishermen tastes good, let's go get some more fishermen'. They've developed a system to establish a beach-head and aggressively hunt you and your family and they will corner your family, your children, your offspring.

They will construct a series of breathing apparatus with kelp. They will be able to trap certain amounts of oxygen. It's not gonna be days at a time. An hour? Hour forty-five? No problem. That will give them enough time to figure out where you live, go back to the sea, get some more oxygen, and stalk you. You just lost at your own game. You're outgunned and out-manned.

So yeah, the price of tuna fish ain't cheap.
