For how big of a recruit he is, he’s been pretty low key on his recruitment. He seems to respectfully spread the love around to all those continuing to recruit him but strikes me in a similar way as to McKinley’s recruitment.

It looks like he and Durham hung out a lot in Hawaii for a week last week and I believe Raymond can seal the deal on him next week. Just gotta hope A&M doesn’t drop a bag for him on the final weekend.

You gotta expect A&M is going to drop a bag the final weekend. It would be derelict if they didn't.

If he's wanting the most money, he'll likely go there--no hard feelings.

If he's wanting to compete for championships (SOON)--we are in the conversation.

A$M still feels confident. They'll absolutely be dropping a bag for him but Bussey seems like a kid who's decision isn't based on most money. We definitely have a decent chance to flip him though.

Of course, they are going to feel confident because he hasn't decommited and they have the last visit. I wouldn't feel confident if I was A&M and saw what BK has done in the month of January. BK is on a mission right now.

They have to at least be nervous with us lurking after flipping Mckinley, Reliford, Davis, and Echols already. Could you imagine this board if we were in a recruiting battle with a school that already flipped four of our commits?

Per 247 Frank and Corey went in home last night. BK is saving his in-home visit for next week. Probably right before he goes to A&M next wknd.

I like our chances now that we have our defensive staff in place. Hard for a kid to flip when he doesnt know who he'll be playing for. Just gotta lay out a plan and get this thing done

Would definitely cap off a crazy month of winning and be icing on the cake for this cycle

Eta- would probably make Liucci's head explode too as an added bonus

If you know his tragic story, you will see have an uphill battle before us because it sounds like he made a promise to his family and people in his small town. But, he values family. If LSU shows him and his sister that we are the best family for him, we can change his mind. I don't get the feeling that the bag is what motivates him. I have been in that town a few times for church functions, and that the people there tend to value family more than money. He sounds like the same. But, I could be wrong.

A&M had to drop a kings ransom to tell Jimbo adieu. Not sure if the boosters are willing to drop more serious money at this time. Once bitten twice shy.

Rizer,

My son in laws father lives in that town and from what he told me (2 months ago), the kid was all aTm. It had almost all to do with family connections and those who have helped him throughout life.

I hope this kid succeeds in everything that he does because from everything I understand, he is a great kid!

LSU literally missed out on a 5 star corner to A&M two weeks ago because A&M paid his price tag and LSU wouldn’t.

That distance from home will be too much for UGA

That’s a good point. I think it’s between us & A$M with us having a very slight chance.
