Although only a 3-star rated guy from Missouri City, TX, he has a very impressive offer list.
Interestingly, it appears that neither Texas nor the Aggies have offered him.
However. based on his offers, including one from the Tigers, the coaches who've offered him apparently must be seeing him as a potential stud at WR.

Imo he is pretty legit.
I really like the offer, especially this late in the game.
I don't see why he is a 3 star. Maybe I'm missing something.
