Sopsher wasn't committed to us for 3 years like Surtain and he never led us on. Completely different.!

Surtain was a bigger hit on us then Sophser.
Most people here assumed Sophser was Bama bound anyways, but Surtain was a big shock to us.

Not true.. Ish was all in for Bama the whole time. He missed the Tigers biggest games to go to Bama. Nick didn't want him to see Tiger stadium lit. Also the money going to the barber and hiring the Amite ex head coach guaranteed Ish. Some of you have lied to yourselves. Surtain was all in for LSU for years. This is not the same at all.

This is absurd. Surtain was all LSU for 2 YEARS until 2 days before Signing Day. Surtain still a bitch imo.

Sopsher made this decision over a year ago and as long as Saban was still there, that was his landing spot.
At least they got Lee.
Plus, next year is stacked with DL in LA and they are already off to a decent start for DL in state.
OL is where they will have to venture out of state.
Saban brought in Baglio to LSU during his tenure to recruit that area. Baglio has been replaced by the Amite mafia that has ties on Bama staff. Lucky we got Lee. I'm guessing Bama had no spots left
