SWLA has some players Huh? This is old but whatever. If TQ was on there then that would have been the complete LC bunch. We offer Fountain yet? LINK

We haven't offered Fountain. I'm not sure if we're still looking for interior guys, so I don't know if his offer will come.

Looking like Fountain Might not get offered. Barbe also has a good 2017 RB in Kirkland Banks. Sproles type guy. Was 5A All-State as a sophomore. Fountains cousin is a freshman WR and he's the next big prospect out of Barbe. Can't remember his name. TQ has a younger brother that's also a freshman. LaGrange has a really good RB in Markell Hawthorne.

Once the charter school gets up and rolling all of the athletes will start heading there hopefully rather than other schools.
Erick Franklin will be the AD there, so there's no doubt he'll do a lot better job at getting the athletes exposure than the other current coaches do.

Shea Holland RB from South Beau (2300 yds) and the Crosley brothers from DeRidder DL and LB are also very good players that deserve a look from someone.

Did 2015 WR Dekenien Francois-Stewart sign with anyone? He played at St. Louis HS, and had some state offers. I remember reading that he looked good catching passes from Franks during one of the camps last year, but don't know if he ever signed.

I see Barbe has the banks kid and two really good wrs who train under franklin Turner TE and Briscoe WR returning starter. With fountain probably will best O in 3-5a I hear they have a 6'4 transfer Wr

Also there is an Adams kid and Pappillon defensively.

Either way they will be tough for us

Some Sulphur kids look decent also Walker qb, Celestine wr, Skinner rb/cb

Lagrange is loaded, lafluer FS, hawthorn RB , leday Ss, griffin SS, wilson SS , jack wr, Davis cb/rb

St. Louis has a 6'5 Wr Washington
Dekeinen juco I think then any D1

Byron did okay as a sophomore starting varsity. It would be nice to have Guillory back for another season though. We just don't have the athletes to make very much noise in district play though.

I think skinner is a better Fi for the offense though. Adds a different dimension.

We have plenty 4 feeder schools should be tops every year!

Eric is going to be the head football coach not AD. You're right he is a good dude. I am the head baseball coach at College Prep and can tell you Eric is already doing great things there

I think SWLA is putting out some outstanding football talent in recent times, and I see this trend continuing. They have always had great baseball talent, but not too many blue chip football guys until recent years. A tradition has to start somewhere. I would like to see LSU offer Collin Fountain, he is a road grader on the field, and a gentleman off of it. If you pay attention to the latest college football climate, you will know that this is not always the case.
