Got to love it.

Gunner is all about winning! He chose the perennial winner among the schools he was offered.

I am just glad we have a legit QB IN CASE Mett goes pro after next year. If not we still have this kid for 2 years.

Everything I've seen on this kid tells me he not only has all the tools, he has his head screwed on straight too. I think he's genuinely sincere about the team concept and is absent the "it's all about me" philosphy. I expect him to be a great player, great student and all indications are, a great person as well. His family apparently did a good job and deserve some credit.

good read....thanks. after reading three or four articles about the kid and looking at some film last nite I get the distinct feeling that we're getting a kid who looks, talks and plays with Tebowesque confidence. with Mett, Randle, Rivers and now Keil on board you have to ask yourself if someone is rethinking his future at LSU. what ever shakes out, it is obvious that we now have highly talented players with multiple skill sets who possess huge upside at the qb position. this is getting really, really good.

The nation’s top-rated QB had spoken to Tigers assistant coach Steve Kragthorpe before committing to IU and a relationship was hatched. “He was very involved in how things played out,” Kiel said of Kragthorpe. “Even when he knew I was committed to Indiana, he stayed in touch with me and told me he’d help me however he could. He’s a good family man and it’s going to be an honor to be coached by him.”

Gunner Kiel. What a name! Future Heisman winner? Time will tell, but the name has the sound of destiny.

Thank you, Coach Miles, for hiring Steve Kragthorpe.

And thank you, Coach Kragthorpe, for being a class act.

Great read!

Keeping cowton almost was a blessing in disguise. Miles wanted krags, he wasnt available. Still got him a year later and our qb situation is great.
