yeah, the meeting never happened as it seems over the weekend April did a 180 and then wanted to support/protect Gerald… after his announcement, Gerald told April he'd "cut her off" (according to my source, and i'm not exactly sure what this meant) if she didn't stop with the LSU antics… she called the coaches and said she'd report Wilson's recruiting tactics if he pulled Gerald out of class…
as to why they all look unhappy with the decision, well that was because of the argument that happened before the announcement… Gerald wanted his stepmom on stage, as she was the only one that supported his decision, and April did not… we all know about it thanks to video…
i still don't know exactly why if Gerald wanted the meeting to occur, April then got super protective and threatened to out Wilson for his recruiting, but there must be something there that's not getting to me by my source… that i don't know…

How about that April was set up with a job in Florida? I believe that had more do with it then anything. It was a setup deal man.

this whole situation is sad. gladly it won't cripple LSU (like some hoped it will). In fact, no single recruit will cripple any school.
There are several lessons learned to be noted here. Hopefully many (Staff, Fans, Media)do learn some.
My biggest take away (and not just the LC/GWII situation) is that location doesn't automatically mean jack shite. In fact, it can be detrimental in a few, scattered cases. CFW may have history with many in the NOLA... that history may not always be positive. In other words, thats a sword that cuts both ways in rare cases.

I assume by "a coach at Karr's sister" you mean "a sister of a coach at Karr."
Karr does not have a sister; therefore, there is no "coach at Karr's sister."
