I can't imagine kicking is that much different in the southern hemisphere.

I think someone mentioned that he played rugby in Australia. If that is true, he knows how to punt the ball while winded and on the run without blockers.

Saw the interview last week before the game ... his dad came here with him as an exchange student and someone (dad maybe) brought him to an LSU football game ... he was hooked right then and there. He admits that his friends are right when they say that he doesn't really have a clue about the prestige of playing on an LSU team. He LOVED TS .. but who doesn't??!!

Hoping we don't see him much but if we need to he ought to be great!!

It sure didn't look like he had great hang time in the highlight video. His punts looked low with lots of roll. The gunners were still 20 yards away when ball arrived.

Sure. The ball spins the opposite way.

Hope he doesn't handle kick offs, cause he kicked it out of bounds at the ten yard line, while Evangel's kicker was putting them six to seven yards deep in the end zone. Punting wise, he did well. He's a lefty so it looks funny coming off of his foot. He will improve and be a great punter.

Didn't Evangel's kicker get FOUR kicks blocked last night? That doesn't say much about him being able to get the ball up into the air under pressure.
