Hope it doesn't mean they plan on "meeting" online on the Xbox soon for more rounds of ncaa 13 while he's at UCLA! I can't take that kind of letdown!

I know that isn't everybody's hopes but its not so bad. Sounds like they hit it off, and will be keeping in contact. Which can only be a positive for LSU. Just cut out the UCLA and put in where ever he lives, and thats a very positive tweet.

I can't imagine a visit going any better than PWs. We want him here badly and he had a blast. He seems to really like everyone he met and really bought-in to what LSU is all about.

Come to LSU Priest!

Oh wait, it's only the talent that wins games and that's the only reason LSU wins games or sends kids to the NFL. (signed ranters and Texas, USC)

UGA and LSU each have 37 players in the league. LSU has 2 national titles and 4 SEC titles. UGA 2 SEC titles...also UGA competes with only Tech for in-state talent and they got way more division 1 prospects in GA than we do in LA.

Coaching played a major role in those stats favoring LSU. Miles was 62 minutes from 2 national titles and a chance at Back to back...something Saban's team prevented on two separate meetings both in 2012.

Stop tweeting kids. They don't care about what you want.

Fans tweeting kids makes me nervous but HS players seem to really like it.

Just use caution guys. Jason, that was a solid tweet!

This is the rule in the handbook for NCAA football

quote:

"ARTICLE 2. a. All players shall be numbered 1 through 99. Any number preceded by zero (“0’’) is illegal."

Sorry Priest, some old fart at the NCAA office says you can't wear #0, take #7 instead!

this. kids like it and they also like their names being yelled at games. Things that adults wouldn't want (i.e. a bunch of 40 year olds they don't know talking to them on twitter) for privacy reasons are things that young kids don't mind. They are kids.

Bama pulled more players from GA last year than they did from Alabama... just sayin.

I'm no fan of the tweeting kids practice and would never even think of doing it but I don't really see the harm as long as it's kept in good taste, which isn't always the case. I'm not going to tell anyone to stop doing it as long as it's above board. The LC stuff last year was over the line imo but most of it is harmless and as the others said, the kids eat that shite up. Different strokes for different folks.
