I haven’t really kept up with recruiting. I’ve come to learn to be happy with the guys we get. Trying to keep up with every single recruit was way too stressful. Trust me take my advice and just enjoy the kids who sign with us. Congrats on the guys who signed with the good guys. Tigerbait to the ones who didn’t.

Sure...but also just be aware and prepared that in 2 years when you are wondering why our OL is weak it was because of today. And last year.

There is literally no reason to concern oneself before pen hits paper and even after that. I don’t know why grown arse men get all up in arms about it.

After the 5 for 5 debacle, I’ve come to expect anything can happen. Nothing surprises me.

I’m not that far out of the loop. I know we are struggling at recruiting OL. I’m just saying following recruiting with a microscope was not worth it.

Because we are fans and it impacts how well our favorite team will do in a few years.

Yep. Getting up in arms over individual recruits I agree is silly. But being concerned about 1 OL in the class so far is a pretty legit concern.

I’m trying to work on that. I’m not invested as I used to be. But to be honest, my interest is waning.

Between these kids lying and the posters that melt, it’s really not all that fun anymore.

This is it. It’s not that I’m not interested. I’m just not going to get myself worked up over some kid who decides another school over us. I’m telling you once you decide to just enjoy the commitments we get instead of focusing on the guys who flipped/didn’t get following recruiting will be much easier.

The same thing could be said about LSU Football in general.

Or literally any subject.

I mean Kardell Thomas, Marcus Dumervill, and Dellinger should all be solid offensive lineman, right?

It’s been about 3 years I stopped following it closely, it was a waste of time and emotional energy.
