I think we take 4 and leave spots open.

I don't think they want to though, thats why I think guys like the new TE recruit and the Juco DE get in if we don't get the other 6 higher on the list.

So enlighten me on what positions are more important?
DL
OT? But we are not getting anyone here unless it’s a transfer

In regards to closing out the class, the following are the most important for us, in order:

1. DE
2. OT
3. Buck/OLB

We could probably use 4-5 more TE's, too.

is he going to be a cap casualty for Bama?

Hmm... Could have sworn he tried to get us to send him an LOI back in December so he could sign early, but we wouldn't do it because of his grades risk...

Hence why he was never coming to LSU and why he’s still never coming.

His only interest in LSU was a pie in the Sky hope that the staff would take him regardless of the grades. That wasn’t going to happen. It was a momentary shot in the dark. When he does get grades (if ever) he won’t be calling LSU again.

Not a chance in hell.

He's going to have to pick LSU over bama in order for us to get him.

Depends on how he gets them. If he does it on his own and doesn't need Hoover to "make it work", he'd be ours. If it requires help from Hoover, he's staying in state. That's been the case from the get-go.

He's the director of 24/7 recruiting, I'd say he's privy to the latest info.

Well I must say that I’ve always had the view that there was not a chance in hell that he was doing it on his own.

I'll say this, we've maintained a good, open line of communication with him. I still see us getting to the full 25.

Vol do you think we see commitments come this weekend? Or will everyone wait till Signing Day? I’m hoping we reach that 25 man goal.

So...dare I say it.

20. Hampton
21. Lee
22. Williams
23. Randolph
24. Fonua
25. Sopsher (regardless of how things go this weekend or are trending...still a battle till pen meets paper).

Parker is out. Moore to AU. Young sticks with Bama.

Do you have any insight on how difficult it will be to get down to 85? This seems to be a tight team where they generally like each other and don't want to leave.
