They have told Shipley he is staying at TE and I wouldn't put it past them. Gordon is a 290 pound "TE" - and I use that term lightly knowing he is really just a OT.

That's only true if you feel you can bring in better players than the ones you're showing the door. That may not be the case with LA seeing a bit of a down year. Nothing wrong with holding the spots to back count for 2016, if all you're gonna get is warm bodies in 15.

Does it seem sad that we can't get enough decent recruits to want to come to lsu this year to fill up our class? This class will be one of our weakest.

It won't be one of our better classes over the past 10 years, but I think things will pick up after the Bama game.

When is the last time we got a commit? I don't even feel pumped about landing anyone else big. Usually lsu fans would be excited about having a chance on getting some big name players down the stretch
