Seems like the IT guys were just fricking around when they dropped the big 3 that teams were going after with these names that teams we're "going hard after"

Colin Simmons
Anthony Hill
Ryan Wingo

imagine thinking we could get anyone of them.

It brings up a couple of questions: 1. Without this top-ranked portal class, just how terrible was the 2025 edition of the Tigers expected to be? 2. What the heck have Brian Kelly and the assistants been doing the last three years to necessitate such an overhaul? Like everyone else, I'm glad they're bringing in a bunch of guys who supposedly can turn 2025 around, but things must have looked awfully bleak from the inside.

Do you even portal, bro?

I don’t think those were any of the ones even being considered to leave. Honestly seems like a piece for clicks since the season is over.

Yeah that's my bad. I thought JD was the last of otgerons guys before he left. Brain fart.

That's beyond a brain fart I think

More likely the words of a person that doesn't really pay attention to LSU football but still likes to opine on message boards like they know what they're talking about.

I agree 100% ... all are 5-stars, top 30 national HS players, all are projected 1st rd picks, and underclassman true FR & Soph. These 3 are getting paid very well via NIL and likely driving Lambo's. Texas has been to the CFB playoff's 2 years in a row, and kids have bought in that 2025 could be the year they win a NC. Definitely click bait as the article's author is laughing at those who believed it

Texas is in line to take a step back next year. Losing Ewers who has started for three years is bigger than people realize. Arch is talented, but he hasn’t played much and will have inevitable growing pains. They also go to Georgia, Florida, and play Ohio State next season.

He played more this past year than Nuss did in 3 years. He’s gonna be ok trust me

Ohio st will start a guy next year with 0 experience in Sayin

They aren’t exactly the best avenue for fair and unbiased descriptors

Why not? They weren’t that great this year. They benefited from a weak schedule.

Arch very well might end up being better but Texas fans have zero actual clue if that is true. Nobody does because its much easier to come in and ran a package as the backup or come in for a quarter or 2 than it is to get game planned for every week as the starter. No matter how much Texas fans and certain journalist want it not to be Manning is still an unknown commodity.
