I totally get people being frustrated but if you fire someone with his relative level of success you had better replace him with sn unequivocally elite coach.
Ohio State is a football factory type program with essentially no limit on their potential. But they still require an elite head coach to sustain a top five program.

Highly doubt that, he’s a great developer but Nebraska isn’t going to be competing with Michigan, Ohio State, USC, etc.

His uncle is on staff at Nebraska and apparently they are throwing some major NIL $ his way. They need some serious help on their OL though... they had perhaps the weakest OL in the country this past season. They were getting pushed around by Georgia Southern.

Elite QBs will get drafted regardless of where they play. Not a chance it’s a career killer.

Well with more teams coming, it won’t be as top heavy. Michigan, USC, Ohio State, Penn State, Wisconsin w/ Fickell, hell UCLA, Michigan State, etc. It was too heavy this season but Big 10 will have depth going forward.
