The one guy doesn’t hurt anything, but if every year you have to rely on your back up plans, there’s going to be problems over time. If O doesn’t get it done in the trenches in the 2020 class, he’ll have signed his own death warrant in my opinion. You can have all the skill guys in the world. If we don’t have the trenches covered, we’ll never be a championship caliber team.
O knows what needs to be done. This class needs to be trench heavy, and with guys at the top of the board. Not the bottom of it. I think O is totally capable of getting it done, but thus far, he hasn’t.

Because it would have meant going 9/9 in state, would have locked up a part of the state that we've lost players in, and would have been a frick you to Saban. Im personally over the moon that we didnt get this kid as I truly believe he'll be a cancer. LSU just signed 10 guys that have a legitimate shot at playing in the NFL in 3-4 years. Im excited as hell about this class. The sky is not falling and we ridin....

And he would have been number 11 that has a legitimate shot in the NFL. He was a huge loss but it’s done. No need for everyone to badmouth the kid just because he chose another school. Nobody can convince me that he wasn’t extremely important to this class as a player as well. It’s obvious when the whole country goes after a player.

Every signee has a legitimate chance at the NFL. Some of the hightest stars today may hardly play while other players continue to evolve. Few may have predicted Debo Jones, Duke Riley, Richard Gage, Frank Herron and others would ever make an NFL roster.

To be honest I am not butt hurt over it. From my LIMITED observation of Ish in the all star game and practice sessions I am not too disappointed. I am not saying he won't be a star, just saying from the little I have seen the sun will rise tomorrow morning and life will go on.

Look the kid has raw talent but he comes off as lazy on his film and that is corroborated by his physical appearance.
Anyone who says we didn't want him or that we are better off without him is lying.
But he also isn't a day one plug and play guy like Stingley or Emery.
