Brock Bowers is ranked 82nd in receiving yards. He's clearly a 1st RD grade TE/WR, but he's not the best receiver in CFB this season.

Bowers is the next Kelce. He's missed to much to be a finalist, but he's damn good. I can see Nabers and Thomas making the final list. They both deserve to be there if Harrison gets an invite.

True, but it's not based on potential or past performance, like you said. The production this season just isn't there.
