I was adding in a general observation regarding LA recruits that go to Bama. It follows from my previous posts.

Fair enough

I read a lot of people talking about NELA being some sort of Bama stronghold, when in reality, the only player that LSU really missed out on was Cam Robinson. LSU did better with all of the other position players that chose Bama - Adams over Hootie, etc. Meanwhile, there have been more from LSU's backyard leave with even more on the way.

The "source" of all the hate toward LSU...it's not that hard...these are impressionable kids who follow what's hot...or what they think is hot. They really don't think past today, because if they did, they would realize that getting to the NFL is based almost exclusively on skill. They also do not think about where they will be AFTER they get out of college...likely not the NFL...and likely, no longer among friends when Bama is done with them. These kids can't see beyond their own noses.

how many Under Armour All-Americans each playoff team has on their roster. Here's the numbers:

Bama - 40
tOSU - 11
Clemson - 6
UW - 0

I mean, this is just absurd. Their backups would be a top 10 team. Its really REALLY hard to beat a team with that kind of depth.

he has always said that Moses' father had his eyes set on the NFL and Saban/Bama was the best coach/team in his and Dylan's mind to prepare Dylan for the league. Allen's dream school is Bama, it is what it is.

Dylan was committed to LSU since the 8th grade, and then de-committed before Les Miles was fired. That is HIGHLY suspicious in the books of any objective observer. If Alabama was his "dream school" all along, then why was he committed to LSU for a number of years?

And btw, Dylan would likely be a #1 draft choice out of LSU (barring severe injury), so spare us the notion that players can only get to the NFL by going solely to Alabama, and not LSU. LSU actually has more players in the NFL right now than Bama, so that argument doesn't hold water. Dylan would likely start immediately at LSU. He could be three and done and off the to NFL and his millions easily by playing at LSU.

Absolutely not. My brother and I tried to find them on the radio several different games and they were NOT on there. Even googled it and found where it listed radio stations and Monroe was NOT listed. Yes for a number of years it has been. Been listening to them since '84. But they were not on there THIS year.

I have said as much before. Anyone who thinks Bama is on the up and up is a fool.

This^^^^

Football at Alabama is a religion to those people. Winning is placed on a priority higher than even LSU, as football crazy as our fans are. The 1992 Alabama team proves that Alabama has never been above cheating in order to win championships. I believe Bear Bryant also got away with a lot back in his day. I am not saying that every recruit who comes along gets special benefits (i.e. $$$), but I believe that for the special recruits that Saban wants, the Alabama organization is not above pushing the envelope where the NCAA is concerned, and even throwing money around. Alabama has a lot of money and resources to put into it, and I believe they do. And about the only way it can be proved is if a player blabs about it, and what incentive do they have to do that? The system is set up to where third and fourth parties can send gifts and money a recruit's way, and the university can have full deniability if the individuals have no official connection to the university.

I clearly stated (which you even bolded) that ALLEN'S dream school has always been Bama, not Dylan's.

Sorry to bust your bubble (please take the LSU goggles off), but recruits don't see it this way. Recruits strictly see Saban as THE BEST coach in the nation and want to play for him because he wins.

Specifically, Dylan's Dad (who loves LSU), has always looked at the BIGGER picture of preparing Dylan for the league at wanting the best coach for his son. Who else is better than Saban?

LMAO...to automatically assume he will be the #1 draft pick of his entire NFL class! There is a MUCH greater chance of him NOT being the #1 draft pick. I'd wager money on that.

What are the chances you quit posting on this site. So tired of little kids like yourself spewing garbage with a miserable mentality.

Btw, Allen has also stated that LSU was his "dream school" previously. So no, Alabama was NOT his dream school all along if one can believe his previous statements.

As for Dylan Moses, if he was always intending to go to Alabama, then why was he committed for years to LSU and only recently de-committed (BEFORE Miles as fired) and suddenly committed to Alabama? As I said before, that is HIGHLY suspicious in the books of any OBJECTIVE observer.

LMAO @U right now. Kendall Beckwith would be a sure first rounder without the ACL injury. Hell, he STILL might be a first rounder. To think Moses could only be developed into a first round NFL draft choice at Alabama is totally laughable.

I find it very hard to believe that he can get the number one recruiting class in the nation for seven years in a row without doing some things that are not kosher.

I know a couple of the Southern Lab football coaches.

Talking them, they all seem to sincerely want him at Alabama and think it is the best place for him. They will push him there until the bitter end.

Also, getting them to say something nice about LSU is like pulling teeth from hungry alligator...

I may be stretching it a little, but I really don't think it was beyond the realm of possibility that, without the ACL injury, he could have gone in the first round. In any event, I do think he will be successful at the pro level and make a ton of money. That will prove my general point that the notion that linebackers at LSU can't be developed and made ready for the NFL is totally laughable. Kevin Minter and Kwon Alexander are proving it every week in the NFL.

If they can flip him, it would be one of the biggest gets for LSU away from Alabama in a very long time.

I wonder what's up with all of that? I know some guys I coach with that know Allens dad, and they said he laughed at the notion of Chris going to LSU. I don't get it.
