I don't know if he's worth adding to the QB room or if that might breed some discontent among the current guys

I get the odd idea that he'll be another OU transfer

Nobody really knows at this point. I think we’ll leave a spot open for a transfer in this class. He follows a ton of the LSU players on twitter and Joe Brady but that could very well just be coincidence. I’d love to see what he could do in this offense. Was 2nd best QB in the country statistically last season behind only Kyler Murray. King had 50 total TDS while missing 3 games (36 passing 14 Rushing) 64% completion.

My guess is we won’t really show true interest in a Grad transfer QB until spring ball is over. Give Brennan a shot in spring to see if he’s the QB for the team next year. If he shows he worthy, we won’t add a QB. If he’s shaky, I expect to add a transfer QB

To say we have no interest is b.s. of course we have some interest. But is it worth losing brennan for 2 yrs to get king for 1? Hard no for me

I know he put up some gaudy stats last year but he was pretty bad this year against decent competition.

Yes it is, Brennan has done nothing while king threw for 36 tds. With our wrs he could throw for 55

Noone knows on this board.

If we have a scholarship available I wouldn’t mind bringing him in. Either Myles is good enough to beat him out or King gives us a better chance to win

My guess is that King will follow Briles to Arkansas. Would be a good fit.

I agree that we will wait until the Spring and see how Brennan and back ups look. I don't think we want Brennan to be our only option at QB. Another name to monitor is Jett Duffey from Texas Tech.

Are you qualified to make that decision?

Orgeron and Joe Brady have seen Brennan all season.
If they are not looking for a graduate transfer, then obviously they don't share your opinion.
They have won and SEC Championship and coached a Heisman Trophy winner. What is your resume?
Their record
