His recruitment is the one that always pissed me off looking back. The dude was an LSU Tiger u til the night before when Bama dropped a bag. Look where that got him.

I don’t disagree but you have to have a lockdown corner. We need DL and DBs. This DB is in the portal. Lock him up and go get some DL

Lockdwn corners make the DL look better. Gives them more time to sack the qb

This is the one I was thinking we could get if he transferred. Everything about his recruitment said LSU until the last minute.
I remember after beating Bama in 2022 he was going crazy celebrating. Hopefully LSU has something working out with a DB coach that they can pitch. I know people on here are critical about Corey, but his name carries a lot of weight with DBs.
If LSU really was his main choice for most of his recruitment, I think having someone like Corey on board would be enough for him not to follow his DB coach to UGA.

CAN be true but NOT the problem this season. All those 3rd and longs converted were on the LACK OF A PASS RUSH. The QBs were sitting back there ordering extra mustard on their hot dogs. Stingley couldn't have covered the receivers for that long. Swinson #13 was the only LOS pass rusher I had ANY confidence in for applying pressure on QBs.
