We’ve heard the staff hadn’t given up on him, but haven’t heard anything in awhile. Did he just shut us down?

Apparently he Texas went all in more than LSU thinks he’s worth so he’s going get that money

They thought they might have a chance for him to take his visits in the end but doesn't appear that he has.

Yep. I felt like at the end LSU would land him considering he was interested in visits. However, it seems like he is locked in to Texas.

Isaac Smith should be a solid get though, and Toviano has played a little safety.

Weird that he didn't even take the visits at all. Must just be a silent type of kid?

Gotta be one heck of a bag huh? Sarks ability is not exactly highly trusted by UT faithful at this point

I think so too. Sark won’t be there by his junior year

I have a pretty good source on the NIL offers for the Westgate kids. It’s a ridiculous amount of money especially for a safety.

Tiger Bait. These are the type of kids I don’t mind losing out on in state. The staff has kept on him the entire time and he just has no interest in staying home and we even have immediate playing time available at Safety and he’s a Westgate kid and our current most recognizable player is a Westgate grad and is coming back for his senior year when he could’ve went to the draft. Give me all the Kayshon Bouttes I’m cool on the Derek Williams mindsets where all that matters is the bag. Isaac Smith the Safety from Mississippi we’re probably going to sign Wednesday is just as good.

This is a kid that would have been all LSU before NIL.

But Texas threw a bunch of money at him and he took it.

Texas and the Aggies can pay anything they want especially with the price of oil hovering around $100 a barrel. The university of Texas has the largest endowment of any college in the world. Bigger than Harvard Yale all the rest. Several years ago they sold or bought a bunch of gold and affected the price dramatically. That’s how much money they have. I live in Houston and the cash from oil is flowing like crazy.
