Scout ran a story that since Les Miles arrived, LSU has signed 90% of in state prospects that were evaluated, then received an offer. This year, we are now 15/16 in that category with 2 guys left. I will take those odds in state.

Most won't care about these numbers if we lose out of Collins. And right now, it doesn't look good.

It's all premium info, so no link. But all the latest news doesn't have me feeling good about landing him. And by no means am I saying he's a lock for Bama. We do have home field advantage and his childhood friends at LSU, so we still got a shot.

I can't believe that some LSU fan hasn't caused a scene with Saban when he is in Louisiana recruiting.

Yes and bama had a shot with Randle. Collins will sign with LSU. Not trying to come across arrogant or as a blind homer rockin p&g stunna shades, but Landon Collins will be on the LSU football team in August regaurdless of what some inflated money generating recruiting article said/quoted.

We have some really stupid people in this state, but I think they really wouldn't do anything as dumb as this.

As long as Saban and his entourage didn't do anything stupid and disrespectful like totally stop traffic or re-route someone on another private flight while flying in there would be no need to create an issue. I would think most successful coaches would refrain from these types of actions.

All the premium I have read still thinks LC is for LSU to lose.

On Bastrop, do any of the local Monroe guys have opinions on what the future is there? With the state of the town and the recent coaching change will Bastrop continue to produce big time recruits or are they going to lose interest from major colleges as a recruiting hub? The town of Bastrop itself seems to be in decline so that has to be a factor.

La finally produces a couple good LBs and the team with the most depth at LB in the fricking country jacks one away.

If the kid is at 240 now, he would have ended up at DE at LSU, IMO.

He fits in at Bama better anyhow. I'm going to get flack for this, but I don't think he would've been the best defensive player in this class.

I love Feist, Davis and Louis in this class.

In all honesty, I really think Feist is going to be a beast.

yea I stated that, but it must have been in a different thread.

yea, he would have likely been a 3rd down rush specialist at DE if he were to come to LSU, he fits in better at bama, no doubt.

to be honest, Debo may be the best of the bunch, we certainly have a good LB class.

Yes in their opinion. All the little tidbits that they throw out there have led me to a different opinion. All of this is my opinion. I'm not in anyway saying that Shea or Sonny or whoever think he's going to Bama. I'm saying I think he'll go to Bama.

Once again, hope I'm wrong...

Do these rhyme? Because that's how I've been saying it since his name was brought into the recruiting scene.

I know I did. Although, I never said he was coming to LSU for sure. I just posted the conversation I had with his father. I am also not sold that he will see this commitment all the way through, but it doesn't look good. Sorry if I got yalls hopes up too high. I just know that u guys love to get an inside scoop so I thought I would share.

don't apologize. no big deal. At the end of the day, none of us know.

He may have been interested in lsu and lsu may have moved on. thus his shot's with the roll tide, visit after we win the n.c. he may be a little hurt.
