So you don't go off of body of work, who he hires, how he can recruit, how he may be in meetings or what coaches that have worked with him say? Seems like a fair assessment

That’s just it. He has no real “body of work”. Nobody with his coaching resume would have been given the jobs he was given but because he’s “prime time” he’s been hired at these positions. It was never based off his actual coaching.

I gave examples. I’ve seen him up close “coaching”. Nothing I witnessed from him was fundamental based and more “ra ra” just like we saw from Ed Orgeron. It begs the question. Is he a coach or is he a cheerleader?

Please stop saying this. Ride around Baton Rouge with your windows down anywhere in the city and at any time and tell me what you smell 95% of the time. People are smoking weed like cigarettes here and NOTHING is done. With minimal effort you can pass any drug test. Weed is legal EVERYWHERE.
