This may be Davis' spot. Staff is higher on Graham and Jones right now. Of course who knows how things work out later. Hard to see 5 wrs in the 16 class though. Too many other need and wants. Gonna be some tough decisions

I swear if they never offer Davis and he goes to another school, I'm gonna throw some puppies off a cliff.

I have a feeling they take only 3 WRs for 2015 and Jazz could end up being a flex TE. Looking ahead, the 2016 class could shape up like..

QBs - 2
RB - 1
TE - 1
WR - 5
OL - 3
DT - 3
DE - 2
LB - 3
DB - 5
Ath - 1

You know I normally hate when people make comparisons to elite talent (AJ Green in this case), but I don't think you can make a better argument in this case. One of the most fluid WRs I've seen in a while, 6'4" with great wingspan, incredible ball skills.... I didn't know about him until yesterday but damn I'm excited.

I think his best quality is that he knows how to use his hands and feet to get away from press. In high school you see way too many WRs (especially those with incredible size/speed) just try to run past defenders or push them away. Love how he shuffles his feet and then slaps away the defender's hands. He has either been very well coached or is a natural.

Would be nasty to follow Dupre with Strickland and Jazz then land Davis and Anderson. Hypothetically, thats a 5 wide set all over 6'4" hahaha

It would be like last year's Mizzou WRs, except with talent.

I would love to see an early signing period for these recruits. National signing day is so far off. This kid is the real deal. The state of LSU football is great. This 2016 class has the potential to be the best in LSU history. Welcome aboard Dee

This may be Davis' spot.

Davis will get his offer. There's still a lot of time until NSD of '16, and some of these WR targets may choose to go elsewhere. The staff will give Davis his due attention IMO.

So far I've seen Ferguson as a likely TE prospect (thought he squashed that before comitting), and Sullivan on defense (threw me for a loop). I'd be all for that if it did happen that way.

It would then give us Strickland, Johnson, and possibly one more for 2015. In 2016 it would give us Anderson (kid is really freaking smooth), Davis, Graham, and either Jones or Leflore.

I think starting 2015, we go a lot more 3 WR sets. Similar to what Jimbo runs. I think Bobo does at UGA too, but I'm not sure.
