I know LSU wants him to attend some camps, but the kid is a powerhouse. Wondering what those that have seen him think.

West Monroe High School now has 8 players in the NFL and only 3 went to LSU and only 2 finished at LSU. Time to step it up for the program that sent LSU the most players from 1995 to 2011. What about Neville as well?

I think they are doing a rezoning in Ouachita Parish will be interesting especially as far as Ouachita Parish High goes. Ouachita has a big talented sophomore to be running back that should get some looks.

Neville's future is not the brightest, but as usual they will have some talent.

There is something going on between LSU and West Monroe. When Shows was there, that was Saban and Miles' first stop when they came to N Louisiana but now Orgeron bypasses West Monroe.

Hutchinson is the real deal. Was saying that throughout the fall. Manhandled opponents all season long.

Nice Film! Kid is around the ball a ton, looks to be violent, good hand placement and power. Get off is just a touch slow but I am sure he can focus on that and improve it. I would bet if he camps they would be all over him.

I hope LSU offers him sooner than later, cause I think he will get a lot of attention this fall. Sort of makes me think of Glen Dorsey.

Intravec, who is this sophomore RB from Ouachita you speak of? They have a Sophomore QB Zach Shaw that is suppose to be really good, but dont know of a RB.

Shaw is 6'3" 190 I believe as a freshman.

Hutchinson is a fine player. Surprised he hasnt received more looks. Very impressive and talented young man.

I saw his film some months ago. He should have an offer now. Violent and quick are two words that describe his play.

I know LSU has its process for instate players, but this guy jumps off the screen. We've lost a few because we slow played them. I hope it doesn't happen with him.

Our presence has been diminished in the area for years.

My personal opinion was it started when Studwra became OC (as well as OL coach, 2011) and was a bit overwhelmed, Frank Wilson as RC (2011) tended to focus on NOLA, and Shows health took him out of the picture (2012-2013, RIP 2014).

Ensminger, under Miles, started correcting it and Orgeron has continued to improve our presence. This isn't an Orgeron thing.

To make matters worse it coincided with an established TCU, improved recruiting by MSST and Ole Miss, and one of our divisional opponents loves the area (Saban) and maintains established links with coaches and the community (e.g. Monroe eye doctor).

Any vacuum LSU creates, others readily fill.

In short, there was a lack of interest by LSU long before Coach Shows went down and Arledge took over. Both coaches take all comers but will always welcome LSU. Same with Neville and Coach Charlie Brown and his replacements years later. They play it straight, and it's up to the college to do their thing.

I can only think of 7.

Whitworth
Mingo
Cam
Xavier Woods
Michael Turner
Paul Turner
Dillon Day

I'm stumped on the 8th.
