He's been eyeing that new Lamborghini. And what do you know, presto! Some school just came up with just the right amount. Amazing how that works. What commitment?

Be interesting to see how many of these take the biggest bag kids pan out and stay at same school for 3-4 years

I don't see many because just because you get money doesn't mean it will make you happy at that location.

Mom secured a bigger payout for the family that’s all. She went with him to Ohio and negotiated a bigger bag that LSU will use on WRs or Dline help

He was just crystal balled to Texas on two sites. The check cleared

I absolutely despise modern day recruiting with a passion.

Are you under the impression players weren't decommitting left and right over money in the past?
are you under the impression that this is not at least 10 times worse? Without regulation and compliance to such, college football is crumbling before our eyes. Eventually, you'll have about 6-8 teams that have by far the most talent and other teams will not be competitive, and college football, as we know it, will be extinct. Everything, and I mean everything the dems touch turns to absolute shite. The NFL is a prime example.

Yeah,,,can you imagine the NFL without salary caps?
On second thoughts, the NFL is probably doing what colleges do, and under the table giving out extra $$ for highly sought after players.
College football as we know it is dying....and dying fast. No loyalty by players, and will spill over to fans as well.

I hate when these morons say respect my decision.

It makes you dislike them even more than if they were just being honest.

Thats my point. Would have loved to have him, but that's the one position I'm not worried about. If that was Jahkeem, I'd be sick!!

I don’t even get excited anymore on recruiting classes.
So your player signed a piece of paper in December or February. That means absolutely nothing

Signing them means 0 now also. You can fix a transfer form over right after you fax in your LOI.

And let me be the first to explain what Tiger Bait means

Obviously, if you see LSU just put two receivers in the first round and the long list of receivers that have been produced the kid is going for the money. Not playing the long game of being developed and drafted and getting the bag.

He saw that highlight of Taron Francis and said "I don't wanna be #2"

Just keeping all the top receivers in Louisiana is fine...until it isn't.
Louisiana used to be flush with defensive linemen, but there came a stretch where that has dried up for a spell. We've seen long stretches when Louisiana hasn't produced top quarterbacks like it once did. The state hasn't been churning out top defensive backs every year like it once did.
We don't even know yet if the Louisiana receivers we've recruited the last two years will pan out. There will likely be a couple of years where the state doesn't have future NFL stars at the position. Take the best from Louisiana, but don't limit yourself to just those guys.
