This next season will be massive in this recruitment. If LSU lives up to the hype and Texas limps into the SEC even Collin will think twice about that decision.

Exactly. And it's not even so much about texas falling short (which they will) but more about us going out and handling business this season.
If we can progress to that next echelon this year than recruits are gonna take notice.
Look at all the top 5 lists we make with major recruits. You can say "just a hat on the table" but it means they see us as a premier program already.
We just need to prove that we're officially back and I think LSU becomes the sexy pick for a lot of these kids.
