Anyone from College Station criticizing the aesthetics of anywhere else on the planet is the height of comedy.

Sorry we're better than you.

many of them are really suffering from the opposite of "inflated sense of self-worth". they are compensating for their lousy football program by blowing themselves up AND trashing others at the same time. their opinions of La. and LSU are not from personal experience or from a view of objectivity. yes, la. has problems (some significant), but believe me texas does to.

Living in Houston, the nature of Aggy fans has surprised me. In all honesty, I really didn't know much about the university before.

The reality is they are a bit off. A little bit redneck, quite a bit gawky, and altogether insufferable describes the situation best.

....as all us locals know, there is a water treatment sewage process facility off River Road a block west of Nicholson Dr, about 3/4 mile north from the Tiger Stadium area... at times, when the wind blows just right ...well - you know....But the cowpie pasture stink that is pervasive all around A&m is much worse if you ask me...

The state of LA is a hole that needs to be filled with a useful, intellegent, and moral society. Anybody deciding to spend any more time in LA then they have to is obviously doing it because of shady dealings or out stupidity. Both probably apply to this case.

No they don't. I don't understand where this comes from at all. I posted undergrad admission averages for both schools the other day and they were downright almost identical. The 2 schools get the same type of student. A&M is no more special of a school than LSU.

From an Aggie Board:

quote:

My two step process of getting over the Nelson/Fobbs Circus...

1. I'm seeing a pretty cute LSU girl this weekend and I'm around ~95% I will be able to seal the deal. Planting my seed in one of their women (even if it's in a condom and shortly removed after) will give me some vindication and I think leave me content about the whole Fobbs situation.

2. A couple of sooner friends and I will be going skiing at the beginning of March. I am confident I am a much strong skier than either of they are. I plan on taking them to a really nasty back country run where I will say "this is for Nelson ###holes" and then ski the run leaving them there where they will either have to hike a couple of miles back to an easier run in their ski boots or ski the difficult run and risk death.

Kind of pathetic if you ask me.

This reminds me of all the shite talking from the Texas fans after we whip 'em in Baseball. Calling LA a stinky black hole

Where is there a bayou around the stadium?

One runs in between Nicholson and the Mississippi. Two more start just south of Tiger Stadium. One flows out of the LSU lakes.

There are nothing BUT bayous around the stadium.

I have degrees from both LSU and TAMU, and I can tell you that TAMU does not top LSU in academics. They like to think so, but this is more a result of inbred perception than reality. All universities have areas of strength and weakness, but LSU certainly does not need to concede academic superiority to TAMU.
