Cypress - UVA CB w/ 95 TP rating

As of right now he’s the highest rated player in the portal. 95 is a really good rating when looking at last year’s system. It would land him in the top 10 overall rankings. It’s a position of need and he’s only going to have 1 year of eligibility. UVA is known for good character and academics too, so that shouldn’t be a problem. I feel like this is what CBK is looking for.

LSU needs him badly. If you look at the ratings from the portal last year, almost all the top 10 panned out tremendously.
