In a glass half-full take, Shanahan knows him- hopefully with all of the OL in the transfer portal LSU can get some legit intel on him from Shanahan AND vice versa- a bunch of colleges are recruiting Wilson and maybe he'll feel more comfortable getting the dirt on LSU from Shanahan, who's been here during the weirdest season ever? If Shanahan is still sold on LSU after this season he's a true believer and that's got to be helpful.

We need to look at that Harvard OL coach. He can obviously recognize, evaluate and develop players.

Not questioning how hard he played but what game did you guys watch? Shanahan was consistently going backwards. He's way overmatched and has no place in the SEC.
