Who would you rather if we could only take one? I was high on pagano when i first heard about him, but crayton has been doing much better in camps..But do we get both? If not, which one? Right now I think crayton is very underrated and I would rather him right now.. What say you?

Not really sure. I'd be happy with either guy. It does sound like Crayton is having the better go at camps.

Pagano>Crayton

Crayton will only be a take if we miss on Gilmore, Manning, Pagano, and others. I dont think Crayton will be in this class when its all said and done.

ETA I am not a fan of either, I just think that Pagano is a take and Crayton isnt.

We won't have room for both and it doesn't seem like the staff pushed for Craytons commitment too hard at camp.

It does seem like the staff likes pagano better... But I just like crayton's strength...watched a video of him repping 425 about 5 or 6 times in bench Then in the same video rep 450 3 times... Plus I heard he handled boutte in the previous Lsu camp, and boutte has been very impressive as of late. But I'll be more than happy if we get pagano too..

Neither, I think we just end up with Gilmore at DT (along with Lawson).

Neither we only take Gilmore at this point it looks to me like it's gonna be Gilmore Williams Willis and either Robinson or goodman possibly look to move one of the ends to the inside maybe Patterson if they think his frame can hold the weight. Chavos loves his athletic d tackles and I think we may be able to move one of the ends

Patterson is like 210 i hear. Herron would probably be someone who moved if any of them.

I've continued to state that Patterson seems like one of the least likely DE commits to move inside.

Pagano is a take, Crayton isn't at the moment. Saying that, I think Pagano ends up at Florida.

High probability we get neither Pagano nor Crayton. We want Pagano but not Crayton at this point. I like Pagano more but would be happy with Crayton. We'll likely watch a few DTs as the year goes on and if one jumps out, maybe we snatch one up.

Craytonn's apparently performed well at camps while Pagano did not. That points toward Crayton. However, neither Auburn nor ALabama has offered Crayton...peculiar. I don't know what to say about this. I'll just trust the coaches.

He has never wanted to stay in state add that to his foot problem and that explains no offers, but apparently per gino Crayton was beating Boutte in 1 on 1 drills so Crayton IS the real deal.

Patterson is 240 he would have to put on about 45 pounds to play inside but he is really athletic but we definatley need inside players I only think he would move if Williams commits to us

I see many have your opinion on the matter. I respect you opinion. Why do you prefer Pagano over Crayton? All comparables seem to support Caryton being the better prospect.

Strength clearly favors Crayton. He is one of the strongest propects ever.

Production favors Crayton (162 tackles, 10 sacks, and 40 plus quarterback hurries).

Common opponent. Boutte supposedly destroyed Pagano in Atlanta. Is that why he did not participate at LSU in July? Crayton supposedly dominated Boutte at the July camp.

Is it based on Pagano's speed/quickness? That appears to be the only area he may be better. But I haven't seen any numbers to compare.

Also why wouldn't LSU want Crayton?
